Each class will be different and interesting, allowing you to experience a variety of styles. In the evenings, unwind with a restoring, gentle, pre-dinner practice, relaxing and melting away any knots, tension, thoughts or troubles. Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditations will be weaved in to the practices, bringing you into a state of peace and calm, releasing anything that blocks the natural state of presence and joy which constitutes your deepest, truest self.

Along with enjoying the picture perfect beaches of paradise, there will also be optional excursions to see the nearby sights, go hiking, and take a boat trip exploring the surrounding pristine waters. Time spent in nature is the perfect adjunct to yoga practice. It effortlessly calms the mind and nervous system, invigorating, nourishing and healing us with its beauty and power. For those seeking a yoga focus, there will also be optional afternoon workshops on alternating days, helping to evolve your practice.

In addition to yoga, stunning beaches and optional workshops and activities, there will be delicious food, a group of like minded souls to connect with and time to just relax, be with yourself and enjoy the stunning location. We will be on hand after each practice and outside of class times if you have any questions or seek advice regarding any aspect of yoga.
